Service Description
This course will teach you how to think strategically about the business side of your unique landscape design practice. Because there is no “one size fits all" practice, in this course, you will learn how to build a business framework that supports your creativity and business vision, so you can confidently set up the elements of your design practice: your business model, systems, framework, marketing, and your schedule, to reflect who you are as a designer and business owner. While boilerplate systems may work for some, lasting success comes from knowing how to craft all the elements of your business to align with your unique values, goals, and the way you want to work. A successful business owner will be able to change and adjust over time, as the business changes (It will!). ➨ This class is about empowering you to design your business, just as thoughtfully as you design outdoor spaces. Weekly homework assignments and a Course Workbook allow you to immediately integrate the content of the course into your practice. Opportunity to interact with other students in class and in the online student forum. This live class has limited spaces and is designed to be interactive.
