Difficult situations are part of every landscape design and contracting practice. A client changes direction. Expectations begin to drift. A boundary gets tested. A job site issue lands back in your lap. Some difficult situations cannot be avoided. But many can be reduced, redirected, or prevented entirely when expectations, communication, boundaries, and systems are clear from the start. But when challenges arise, how do you recognize what is happening and respond with greater clarity, confidence, and professionalism. The goal of this course is not to give you a perfect script for every situation. It is to help you recognize what kind of problem you are dealing with, decide which principles apply, and respond with greater clarity and confidence.
